Our Team

Your team at Dignum Financial Partners brings almost 70 years of combined financial experience. Knowing E. Kim and her staff have worked together seamlessly for such an extended period is of great comfort to her clients.

E. Kim Dignum


E. Kim Dignum is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, Chartered Financial Consultant®, General Securities Principal, and Investment Adviser Representative through Commonwealth Financial Network®.  She has been providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to Tarrant County since 1986.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is frequently quoted by national magazines and newspapers and has appeared on national television (Peter Jennings, World News Tonight) and radio (NPR), in addition to providing financial speeches to local organizations and corporations. Her outstanding reputation and commitment to the community are evidenced by the many boards and organizations in which she participates.

Her honors include being selected by the U.S. Department of Labor as a mentor to their Wi$e Up Program; selected as "Woman of the Month" by the National Center for Policy Analysis as part of its Women in the Economy project; named among "Outstanding Women in the Workplace" by the City of Fort Worth; named a "Woman of Distinction" by Altrusa International, Inc.; and selected one of Safe Haven's "Legacy of Women".

E. Kim is married with three adult children and three grandchildren. She is an avid golfer, a world traveler, and a private pilot.

Ryan A. Dignum


Ryan Dignum is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations. He also has earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and finance, with an additional major in pre-law economics, from Oklahoma State University.  Ryan has been in the industry since 2009. He enjoys his free time ultra-running, cycling, participating in outdoor activities, and spending time with his family. 

Shana Wright

Office Manager

Shana joined Dignum Financial Partners in May 2000. As office manager, she oversees the daily operations of the firm. Shana holds the FINRA Series 6 securities registration and is a Notary Public. She lives in Arlington with her husband, Chris, and has three children. Her hobbies include baseball, camping, and spending time with her family.
