    E. Kim Dignum is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Chartered Financial Consultant®, General Securities Principal, and Investment Adviser Representative through Commonwealth Financial Network®. She has been providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to Tarrant County since 1986.

    E. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is frequently quoted by national magazines and newspapers and has appeared on national television (Peter Jennings, World News Tonight) and radio (NPR), in addition to delivering financial speeches to local organizations and corporations. Her outstanding reputation and commitment to the community are evidenced by the many boards and organizations in which she participates.

    E. Kim is married with three adult children and three grandchildren. She is an avid golfer, a world traveler, and a private pilot.

    Ryan Dignum is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations, and is an Enrolled Agent. He also has earned two bachelor’s of science degrees in accounting and finance, with an additional major in pre-law economics, from Oklahoma State University. Ryan has been in the industry since 2009. He enjoys his free time ultra-running, cycling, participating in outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.

    Ryan works with all the Dignum Financial Partners clients developing comprehensive financial plans, including portfolio construction, retirement planning, tax planning, insurance and risk management, education planning, and estate planning.

    Shana joined Dignum Financial Partners in May 2000. As office manager, she oversees the daily operations of the firm. Shana holds the FINRA Series 6 securities registration and is a notary public. She lives in Arlington with her husband, Chris, and has three children. Her hobbies include baseball, camping, and spending time with her family.

    Shana handles all aspects of client administration, including beneficiary designation changes, cost basis tracking, and capital gain and loss reporting. Additionally, she handles your checks and securities receipts, all account distributions, and required minimum distributions, and she acts as a troubleshooter managing all your administrative functions.

    Hope joined Dignum Financial Partners as an office assistant in 2019. Hope holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Auburn University and has 30 years of experience in marketing and communications. Hope is an avid reader and advocate of public libraries, independent book stores, and literacy causes. Hope and her husband enjoy spending time with their family.

    She works part-time and handles internal administrative tasks, coordinating client events, scheduling, social media, and answering the phones.

    Bogey

    Bogey was Kim’s beloved Golden Retriever. He made friends wherever he went, which included many days spent at the Dignum Financial Partners’ offices. Bogey also performed community service by helping to deliver Meals on Wheels. He was a legend in his neighborhood and beloved in the Dignum Financial Partners community. Bogey passed away in 2021 at the age of 12. He is truly missed by all.

    Gus is Ryan’s 7-year-old Terrier mix rescued from the Fort Worth Animal Shelter.  From the first day he came to his forever home, he has been a perfect dog who enjoys long walks, destroying chew toys, cuddles, and an occasional swing in a baby swing.

    Percy is Ryan’s newest dog. He was rescued with the help of Mazie’s Mission in Carrolton.  Percy is also a Terrier mix who is about 2 years old.  He was rescued off the streets and believed to have always been homeless. He came with some issues but he is getting better each day.  He has become the sweetest dog to Ryan’s daughter and son.

    Scout is Shana’s chocolate Labrador.  He is a chill and mellow guy who loves to play with his sister, Doe.  Ever since she showed up on Shana’s doorstep, there was an instant connection, so Doe easily became part of their family!

    Fort Worth Inc.’s Fastest-Growing Companies 2021 represents the third year the magazine has examined the firms and industries that are posting the region’s biggest growth. Companies were eligible to compete if they’re for-profit, generated at least $50,000 in revenue for 2016 and at least $1.5 million in revenue for 2019, and are based in Greater Fort Worth, including several surrounding counties. Companies were ranked based on three-year revenue growth through 2019 and didn’t take 2020 into account.
